Ungovernable Terrapin Mug

While turtles are often said to be slow, methodical, and gentle, anyone who has done hands-on work with these wonderful creatures knows that they are startlingly agile and undoubtedly up to no good! This design features a diamondback terrapin, the species of turtle that I studied for seven years, in all of her silly mischievous splendor.  Let the gleam in her eye, which surely preceded an attempt to bite my arm or the calipers I used to measure her, be yours as you approach life with a wild spirit in your heart.
